Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a Team Manager at our Bristol Foyer supported accommodation for young people aged 16-25. Our organisation takes a strength-based approach, called Advantaged Thinking, in all our work, encouraging young people to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality services to young people
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to support young people's personal and professional development
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
