Job Summary:

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of externally funded programmes and associated projects supporting major transformations across the council. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of processes and strategy in relation to pre-construction stages for commercial and capital projects funded through the Levelling Up scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of externally funded programmes and associated projects, ensuring alignment with council strategies, regeneration objectives, and procedures.
  • Work in partnership with a multi-disciplinary team of council advisors to achieve programme objectives.
  • Develop and implement the Regeneration Programme, including the production of monthly reports, quarterly returns, executive reports, and revised action plans.
  • Ensure programmes are delivered in accordance with funder, partner, and council requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in programme management, particularly in regeneration and transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Levelling Up scheme funding and pre-construction stages for commercial and capital projects.
  • Local authority experience, with a good understanding of council strategies and regeneration objectives.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
