Job Title: Italian Speaking Legal Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Italian speaking Legal Office Assistant to join our team at Language Business in central London. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Italian speaking clients and related legal documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing Notarial documents in both English and Italian
  • Efficiently organizing and filing of legal documents
  • Managing short translations from English into Italian and from Italian into English
  • Liaising with both Italian and English speaking clients
  • Legal document and file management
  • General office tasks when requested
Requirements:
  • Italian to mother tongue standard as well as fluent English is essential, both written and spoken
  • Previous, similar office administration experience is desirable but not essential
  • Basic Office skills are essential - well organized, excellent administration abilities, prioritization skills etc.
  • Able to work to high standards of accuracy and confidentiality
