Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to join our Landscaping Construction team at CV Library. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for managing landscaping teams, travelling to sites within the South Region, communicating with clients, and performing hands-on tasks when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise landscaping teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  2. Travel to sites within the South Region to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and to provide regular updates on project progress.
  4. Perform hands-on tasks as required, including manual labor and equipment operation.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, preferably in landscape construction.
  2. Background in landscape construction, with a strong understanding of construction principles and practices.
  3. CSCS certification.
  4. SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
  5. Full UK driver's license.
