Thorn Baker Construction is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Worker to join their team on a one-off residential project in Ascot. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general labouring duties, including shifting materials around the site
- Assist the Site Manager in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
- Tidy and organize the site to ensure a smooth workflow
Requirements:
- Two commercial relevant references available upon request
- A strong can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- No prior CSCS card is required, but a willingness to obtain one in the future is desirable
