Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Farmfoods. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, ensuring that they feel welcome and valued in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and perform other tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to lift and move stock, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
