About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Assistant. As a key member of our shop team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their shopping journey.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate the cash registers efficiently, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, meet customer needs, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • A friendly, positive, and hardworking approach to work, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • A flexible and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
