Overview of the Business Administrator Apprenticeship Program
Throughout your apprenticeship, you will not only enhance your academic knowledge but also acquire practical experience in all facets of business administration. Upon completion of the program, you will receive a recognized qualification, paving the way for a fulfilling and prosperous career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Business Development Manager and Estimators within the MUC Winning Team.
- Engage with new and existing clients to provide regular updates.
- Oversee the Tender List management.
- Organize and maintain project folders.
- Issue and manage requests for quotations from civil and specialized contractors.
- Support the preparation of documents for tender submissions.
- Participate in client meetings, both virtually and in person as necessary.
- Attend relevant office locations as required.
Qualifications Gained:
As part of this apprenticeship, you will adhere to the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard, which typically spans 18 months.
Location:
This apprenticeship will be conducted in our London office.
Eligibility Criteria:
- GCSE Maths and English at grade A*- C / 4-9 (or equivalent).
- Previous experience is not required; however, a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a proactive mindset are essential.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK with a valid work permit if applicable; please note that sponsorship is not provided.
