As a key member of our X-Ray Department, you will be responsible for providing an appointments service for all modalities, scheduling patient appointments, and liaising with clinicians to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and organize all modality appointment bookings for the Radiology Department
  • Liaise with all levels of staff to tailor appointments to special requirements
  • Process referrals in accordance with the patient access policy and referral to treatment guidance
  • Work independently to ensure efficient and effective appointment scheduling
  • Provide excellent communication skills to work well with all levels of staff and members of the public
