Radiology Appointments Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized appointments officer to join our team in the X-Ray Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, liaising with clinicians, and monitoring waiting lists.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and coordinate all modality appointment bookings for the Radiology Department
- Liaise with all levels of staff to tailor appointments to special requirements
- Process referrals in accordance with the patient access policy and referral to treatment guidance
- Work independently with a high level of attention to detail

Person Specification- GCSE Grade C or above in English Language and Maths
- Business Administration Level 3 NVQ (desirable)
- Previous experience of working within the NHS
- Experience of using CRIS, ICE, Millennium
- Significant experience of working within a busy office
