Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our Business Planning, Analysis and Decision Support team at bet365. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the development and maintenance of our budgeting and forecasting tool, providing financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and reporting in our new tool, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide financial expertise to drive business growth.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and identify areas for process improvement, implementing changes to optimize financial performance.
  • Create and deliver high-quality reports and presentations to communicate financial findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the production of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Support the implementation of financial systems and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Participate in strategic projects, providing financial expertise and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Respond to analysis requests from various departments to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • ACCA or CIMA part-qualified or equivalent.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or relevant commercial experience.
  • Experience in financial analysis, modeling, and interpreting large datasets.
  • Advanced Excel functions and financial modeling skills.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self-driven with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and experience working with Vena or similar software solutions.
