Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced contracts professional to join our firmwide procurement team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in commercial contracts within a procurement setting, strong drafting and negotiation skills, resilience, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on commercial and legal aspects of contracts, identifying and mitigating legal risks, and keeping up-to-date with legislation.
  • Training the Procurement team and maintaining contract templates.
  • Supporting service level improvements and compliance.
  • Collaborating with the Procurement team, Office of the General Counsel, Information Security team, business stakeholders, and senior management to review, draft, and negotiate commercial supplier agreements.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial contracts within a procurement setting.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Resilience and ability to work independently.
  • Experience with data protection, IT contracts, and intellectual property issues is desirable.
