About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Field Service Consultant to join our team at Alscient. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Field Service solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Salesforce Field Service solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce Field Service scheduling, optimization, and resource management capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their Salesforce Field Service needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Field Service features and best practices to ensure our clients receive the best possible solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of Salesforce Field Service solutions.
Requirements
  • At least two years' experience as a Salesforce Field Service technical consultant.
  • Experience installing Salesforce Field Service managed package and configuration using guided setup.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Field Service scheduling, optimization configuration, out-of-box capabilities, and configuration of scheduling policies, work rules, and service objectives.
  • Understanding of Salesforce Field Service resource management, including contractors, timesheets, operating hours, shifts, primary and secondary territory setup, inventory management (return, request, and track).
  • Understanding of Salesforce Field Service mobile app capabilities, including offline architecture, capabilities, and how to complement it with supporting architecture, including Salesforce Mobile app and third-party mobile applications.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Field Service architecture, work order, service appointment life cycle, bulk scheduling, dispatch, un-scheduling, preventive maintenance, and configuration of dispatcher Gantt.
  • Capability to integrate via API in and out of Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification would be advantageous.
  • Experience and ability to own the solution and provide architectural oversight throughout the project.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for problem-solving.
  • Experience in scoping, planning, and presenting project plans.
