Our client is a leading provider of luxury travel experiences, specializing in gulet cruises, small ship cruises, and bespoke holiday packages.

They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations and Administration Specialist to join their team in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will have experience in the travel industry, with a strong background in administration, customer service, and operations.

This is a stable and long-term opportunity within a small and friendly team, offering a salary of circa £24,000, plus excellent benefits, including heavily discounted holidays and opportunities for free overseas accommodation from suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and confirm travel arrangements, including hotels, transfers, tours, and other necessary components with overseas suppliers.
  • Verify that deposits have been charged and accurately entered on the system.
  • Monitor upcoming departures and follow up with clients who have outstanding balances.
  • Email travel documents to clients.
  • Manage back-office paperwork between the company and the TTA head office.
  • Coordinate weekly administrative tasks requested by the TTA.
  • Assist clients in resolving any overseas problems efficiently and promptly.
  • Support the sales team with enquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the travel industry - essential.
  • Strong administration and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Diligent, reliable, and excellent communicator.
