Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Cover Supervisors play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of education for students in the event of a teacher's absence. As a Cover Supervisor with Teaching Personnel, you will be responsible for maintaining a productive learning environment, supervising students, and following pre-set lesson plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher, adhering to established lesson plans.
  • Manage classroom behavior and provide support to students as needed.
  • Be available to work on short notice, providing cover for sickness and unplanned absences.
  • Report on lesson progress and any incidents that occur during the class.
Essential Skills:
  • Experience leading a classroom or group of students, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong behavior management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly across different subjects and schools.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to different classroom settings quickly.
