About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Brand Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, ensuring that every client feels valued, respected, connected, and confident.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our market-leading products, including skincare, makeup, and fragrance, to confidently recommend custom-fit routines to clients.
  • Maintain a visually appealing shopping environment by adhering to high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to create a dynamic and engaging in-store experience that educates, inspires, and surprises clients.
  • Ensure that every client has a unique and memorable experience, exceeding their expectations and driving loyalty and retention.

Requirements
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience.
  • A desire to understand clients' skin and makeup goals to confidently recommend custom-fit routines.
  • An approachable and friendly personality, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Confidence in speaking with clients, getting to know them, and understanding their needs to best cater to them.
  • Flexible availability across days/hours, with a focus on maintaining a good work-life balance.
  • Previous retail industry/customer services experience is beneficial, but not required.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
