About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Brand Ambassador to join our team at Service Innovation Group UK. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for visiting retail stores across a designated territory to complete new product launch and display installations, merchandising, and promotional material placement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with key contacts in retailers to achieve our client objectives and influence store sales performance.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with store staff to clearly define visit objectives and review changes and future action plans.
  • Product Display: Ensure client products are displayed and merchandised according to agreed planograms.
  • Stock Management: Work with stores to identify and fix stock availability issues.
  • Point of Purchase: Ensure all Point of Purchase items are effectively displayed to maximize end-user and consumer brand awareness and increase sales.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to change and react to short-term activity objectives, delivering results positively and proactively.
  • KPIs: Work to KPIs set by our clients, working to increase performance of both personal and team goals.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £27,840 per annum plus £500 pcm Car Allowance or Company Car.
  • Benefits Package: 28 days annual leave including bank holidays, additional holiday for long service, buy/sell holiday, life assurance 4x annual salary, employee assistance program, monthly wellbeing allowance, electric car scheme, flexible working, training opportunities, paid volunteering days, and quarterly events to celebrate success.
