We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Ambassador to join our team at Tapestry. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, representing our values and products in a department store setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and service by building strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional customer experience.
  • Implement visual merchandising directives and maintain a high level of store visual standards.
  • Manage daily product deliveries and replenishment, ensuring back of house areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Track and analyze store targets, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing action plans to achieve results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years retail experience, with a strong understanding of the retail environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest developments.
