Electrical Site Supervisor

Salary Range: £45,000 to £50,000

Location: London Area

Our organization is in search of a proficient Electrical Site Supervisor, ideally possessing SSSTS certification, to oversee our electrical operations. The selected candidate will be tasked with managing electrical activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and upholding exceptional quality standards within the commercial sector. This role is primarily site-based.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers, ensuring optimal site performance.
  • Utilize electrical knowledge to swiftly diagnose and rectify technical challenges.
  • Provide direction in project management, supervising the installation and execution of electrical systems and procedures.
  • Interpret and manage electrical schematics and logic controllers to guarantee the precise and safe functioning of all systems.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a secure work environment for all personnel.
  • Conduct routine assessments of electrical systems and equipment, pinpointing areas for enhancement and implementing necessary modifications.

Qualifications:

  • SSSTS certification is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in supervising and leading electrical teams.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a history of motivating and guiding team members.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management principles and their application in electrical projects.
  • Familiarity with logic controllers and electrical systems, with the capability to accurately interpret schematics.
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining and enhancing electrical equipment.
  • Prior experience in the fit-out of retail spaces is highly advantageous.
