Electrical Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Supervisor to join our team in West London. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of a team of electricians and electrical contractors, ensuring that electrical systems and appliances are installed, serviced, and maintained to a high quality standard.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical installation and maintenance, with a focus on quality and safety. You will be responsible for conducting regular quality audits and competence assessments of electrical operatives and contractors, as well as participating in call-out cover to ensure contract compliance and service user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct annual assessments to ensure registration with NICEIC
  • Carry out repair work in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Conduct inspection and testing on all electrical work
  • Perform regular quality audits and competence assessments
  • Participate in call-out cover for emergency repairs

Essential Qualifications:

  • 2391 Testing Qualification
  • City and Guilds 2360 Parts 1 and 2, or NVQ Level 3 Including AM2, or City and Guilds 2330 Levels 2 and 3, or City and Guilds 2357 Including AM2
  • City and Guilds 2392 – Fundamental Certification, Inspection and Testing
  • City and Guilds 2394 – Initial Verification and Certification of Electrical Installations, and City and Guilds 2395 – Periodic Inspection, Testing and Certification of Electrical Installations

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
