  • Lead shifts and plan activities to promote the physical, emotional, and social development of children and young people.

  • Provide supervision and guidance to Residential Support Workers to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, parents, carers, and professional agencies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans and risk assessments.
  • Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to ensure up-to-date knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service delivery.
