About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Ribbons & Reeves. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a dynamic and supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide academic and pastoral support to students aged 11-16
  • Support students with SEN in a variety of subjects
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to deliver high-quality support
  • Develop and implement small-group interventions to support student progress
  • Monitor and track student progress, identifying areas for improvement
  • Guide and motivate students to achieve their full potential
Requirements
  • First-Class or 2:1 Degree from a leading UK University
  • Strong academic background and a passion for supporting children
  • Ability to commit to the role until the end of the academic year
  • Positive mindset and a desire to make a difference in the lives of students
