A unique opportunity is available for a dynamic Senior Quantity Surveyor with expertise in highways and civil engineering to join our Development Led Infrastructure team. This role offers the chance to advance your career within our organization as you gain experience.
Our team is actively engaged in a variety of challenging and diverse projects in the UK, collaborating with major residential developers and housebuilders. The role requires frequent site visits, so applicants should be UK-based and willing to travel in the East/South East region.
- Provide professional quantity surveying support across key projects
- Lead pricing model preparation and verification
- Manage project lifecycle activities including estimating and procurement
- Ensure projects adhere to contract requirements and deadlines
- Review and update risk registers, addressing potential financial implications
**Qualifications & Experience:**
- Degree in quantity surveying or related field
- Professional qualification or working towards RICS membership
- Experience with high-value construction project contracts
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical abilities to make informed business decisions
