Role Responsibilities
- Oversee, mentor, and develop a dedicated finance team.
- Conduct financial evaluations, modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Review and process monthly forecasting inputs, ensuring accuracy with a focus on volume, mix, and pricing.
- Prepare and analyze monthly local distribution costs, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Lead the annual budgeting cycle, ensuring adherence to critical deadlines.
- Manage the Business Intelligence reporting platform on Power BI for finance-related insights.
- Generate monthly Profit & Loss actuals and forecasts for management, including commentary for key business units.
- Perform proactive variance analysis of actuals against budget, forecast, and prior year to inform business decisions.
- Facilitate monthly actual/forecast meetings with non-financial and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with business unit management teams to develop new KPIs.

Qualifications Required
- Ideally, a Qualified or Newly Qualified accountant, with consideration for Finalists.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial finance.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel.
- Proven track record as a business partner.
