Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitating Communication: Ensure seamless operations by facilitating communication across our diverse network, including customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, such as shipping lines, hauliers, and depots.
  • Monitoring Vessel Arrivals: Stay ahead of logistics and scheduling needs by monitoring vessel arrivals.
  • Generating Invoices: Ensure accurate billing and financial documentation by generating invoices.
  • Coordinating Collections and Deliveries: Prioritize adherence to customer deadlines for optimal satisfaction by coordinating collections and deliveries.
Requirements:
