This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate within the MEH Alliance on the esteemed Hinkley Point C Nuclear initiative.

The alliance is responsible for the integration and coordination of the delivery of all primary Mechanical, Electrical, Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning (MEH) systems, cabling, and related support services.

This innovative strategy enables various contractors to function as a cohesive unit, facilitating the intricate installation of cabling and piping throughout the extensive network of facilities within the power station.

The Role
As a Project Implementation Manager, your responsibilities will be distinctive.

Being part of the MEH Alliance on Hinkley Point C presents an opportunity to engage in a significant project of national importance.

Your objective will be to ensure the traceability of assets and their quality management, guaranteeing that throughout the construction and operational phases, the facility can verify all components and maintain them effectively.

On a daily basis, you will oversee the setup of our systems to provide data throughout the lifecycle in accordance with nuclear and construction regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the MEH Joint Venture Implementation Strategy
- Coordinate the training and onboarding for the MEH Joint Venture Asset Suite 9
- Ensure the adoption and integration of Asset Suite 9 across all MEH Joint Venture construction teams (Construction, Quality, Engineering, etc.)
- Generate weekly progress reports against the Implementation Strategy and manage associated issues
- Collaborate as an integral member of the broader Asset Suite 9 Team (NNB, SAM, D&IT, Warehouse, etc.)
- Provide management and leadership to the MEH Joint Venture AS9 Champions/Team

- Address problem resolution for activities outside the established plan

This role is full time, 38 hours per week, based at Hinkley Point C. Essential Experience
- Proficiency in Implementation Lead IT systems (SAP, Asset Suite)
- Leadership experience
- Strong communication skills across various functions and stakeholders

- Experience in a joint venture environment (desirable)

Qualifications for the Project Implementation Manager
