About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Lawyer with expertise in Dispute Resolution to join our team in East Anglia. As a key member of our construction practice, you will work closely with our clients to provide top-notch legal advice and representation in non-contentious construction matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing expert guidance on construction law and dispute resolution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in construction law and dispute resolution, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 2-7 years of post-qualification experience in construction law, with a focus on non-contentious matters
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal advice and representation in construction disputes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong business development skills, with a ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
