About the Job

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Property Litigation Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate litigation and will be responsible for managing a team of lawyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of lawyers in a law firm
  • Advise large institutional investors, owners, developers, and property management companies on complex and high-value cases
  • Work with and supervise a collaborative team on a variety of matters, including telecoms disputes, business lease renewals, development disputes, rights of light, overage claims, nuisance, restrictive covenant disputes, and property-related professional negligence claims
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the firm's real estate litigation practice
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive legal services to clients
About the Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

  • Real Estate Litigation Solicitor/Partner with demonstrable experience gained from a reputable firm
  • No portable following required
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organisation skills
  • Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development
  • Strong academic background
  • Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise, and manage a varied caseload
  • Experience of managing a team within a law firm
