Job Title: Workforce EDI & Culture Lead

We are partnering with a reputable charity organisation based in West Yorkshire to recruit a Workforce EDI & Culture Lead on a temporary three-month contract. The day rate is negotiable depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch a comprehensive staff survey focused on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and organisational culture, facilitated through the Edgecome platform.
  • Coordinate the launch process, taking a leadership role, and engaging with staff to encourage participation and provide necessary support.
  • Collaborate with senior management to review survey results, analyse data, and field findings to each directorate for further action.
  • Conduct an in-depth analysis of the Gender Pay Gap Report, working closely with senior leaders to interpret data.
  • Review the GDP EDI data report, ensure its completion, and oversee the launch of the final report across the organisation.
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process for 20 interns, including reviewing candidate profiles and assigning them to departments.
  • Coordinate with culture champions to facilitate a supportive environment for interns, promoting their growth and integration into the company culture.
Requirements:
  • Good and up-to-date EDI knowledge.
  • Ability to drive initiatives forward.
