Your responsibilities will include managing a diverse sales team of seasoned professionals while maintaining your sales and technical acumen to engage directly with prospects and collaborate across functions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, mentor, and retain a high-performing sales team
  • Inspire and coach your teams to excel and develop into future leaders
  • Surpass Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) goals by effectively leading the sales team
  • Collaborate directly with prominent brands and organizations to address their online video requirements
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and sales pipeline

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales
  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC methodology
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex sales initiatives with strategic clients
  • Experience with SaaS solutions
  • Strong sales foundation developed through training and hands-on experience
  • Passion for InterActiveCorp and our community of creators
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and introduce innovative solutions
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adept at navigating complex organizations
