As a leader, you should possess exceptional interpersonal abilities, a commitment to helping clients achieve their business objectives, and a strong aptitude for identifying and nurturing talent. If you are motivated, enthusiastic, and have relevant SaaS expertise, we would be eager to connect with you.
Your responsibilities will include managing a diverse sales team of seasoned professionals while maintaining your sales and technical acumen to engage directly with prospects and collaborate across functions. You will drive operational efficiencies throughout the sales organization to ensure we cultivate a top-tier team that scales effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and retain a high-performing sales team
- Inspire and coach your teams to excel and develop into future leaders
- Surpass Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) goals by effectively leading the sales team
- Collaborate directly with prominent brands and organizations to address their online video requirements
- Maintain accurate CRM data and sales pipeline
- Establish best practices for attracting customers, from identifying ideal targets to personalized outreach and closing
- Analyze customer and market trends
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of key competitors
- Continuously enhance your professional skills, mentor others, and seek mentorship opportunities
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in sales
- 7+ years of experience in sales leadership
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC methodology
- Demonstrated success in managing complex sales initiatives with strategic clients
- Experience with SaaS solutions
- Strong sales foundation developed through training and hands-on experience
- Passion for InterActiveCorp and our community of creators
- Ability to cultivate relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and introduce innovative solutions
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adept at navigating complex organizations
- Enthusiasm for problem-solving with a proactive approach
