About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Macfarlane Packaging. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between our customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth order processing and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales administration tasks and customer orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Build and maintain proactive communication with customers, addressing enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage sales leads, enquiries, and quotations effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to facilitate smooth order fulfilment.
  • Liaise with the purchasing team to ensure timely procurement of materials necessary for order processing.
  • Manage administrative tasks to optimize sales processes.
  • In time, the role can develop into having more of a sales focus, including proactively targeting lapsed accounts and conducting outbound sales efforts to secure new business customers.
