A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative

As a key member of our team, you will report to the Guest Service Manager and be responsible for delivering outstanding guest service. Your day will be filled with variety, and you will have the opportunity to work in different departments within the hotel, including reception, food and beverage, and nights team.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (training provided for those without experience)

  • Proficiency in computer systems and a professional telephone voice
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a family-oriented culture
