About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patent Litigation Senior Associate to join our Intellectual Property and Technology group in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in advising clients on patent and trade secret matters, with a focus on litigation and dispute resolution.

Our team operates globally, with a presence in over 40 countries. You will have the opportunity to work on complex, multi-jurisdictional cases, leveraging your expertise in patent litigation and trade secret law to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

As a Senior Associate, you will be expected to take on a leadership role, mentoring and supervising junior team members, and contributing to the development of client relationships. Your strong technical skills, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced patent litigation professional with a strong background in technology and life sciences sectors. You will have a proven track record of success in patent litigation, with experience in multi-jurisdictional cases and a deep understanding of the technical issues that are key to our clients.

Excellent academic credentials, combined with a strong patent litigation background and several years' experience practicing as a patent litigation solicitor or patent attorney, are essential. You will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect, influence, and collaborate at all levels across multiple geographies and practices.
