IP Disputes Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate or Associate Director to join our IP Disputes team in London, specializing in patent disputes within the life sciences sector.

Our Practice

Our IP Disputes team is renowned for handling high-profile, high-value IP litigation with an international element. We currently represent leading brands in the life sciences, digital business, retail & consumer, transport & automotive, and energy sectors.

Our Team

Our team is led by Arty Rajendra and will work closely with Will James, Tim Harris, Trevor Crosse, and Arty on patent matters. The London IP Disputes team consists of 6 Partners, 2 Associate Directors, 3 Senior Associates, 7 Associates, 2 Trainee Solicitors, 4 Paralegals, and 1 Formalities Assistant.

Technical Skills and Experience

You will have gained broad knowledge and experience of patent disputes at a firm with a well-regarded patents practice. Experience of disputes in the life sciences sector is essential, and previous qualifications in biochemistry, biology, or similar areas are also essential.
