Patent Litigation Senior Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Patent Litigation Senior Associate to join our Intellectual Property and Technology group in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in advising clients on patent and trade secret matters, with a focus on litigation and dispute resolution.
Our team operates globally, with a presence in over 40 countries. You will have the opportunity to work on complex, multi-jurisdictional cases, leveraging your expertise in patent litigation and trade secret law to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
As a Senior Associate, you will be expected to take on a leadership role, mentoring and supervising junior team members, and contributing to the development of client relationships. Your strong technical skills, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
About YouWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced patent litigation professional with a strong background in technology and life sciences. You will have a proven track record of success in patent litigation, with experience in multi-jurisdictional cases. Your excellent academic credentials and strong technical skills will enable you to provide expert advice to clients on patent and trade secret matters.
You will be a team player, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients. Your commercially focused approach and ability to identify opportunities for the firm will be essential in driving business growth and success.
