We are seeking a highly skilled DeFi Trading Engineer to join our team at Selby Jennings. As a DeFi Trading Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable software for on-chain systematic trading and off-chain applications in Rust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable software for on-chain systematic trading and off-chain applications in Rust.
  • Collaborate with Quant Traders and Engineers from concept to production.
  • Expertise in blockchains, DeFi, and automated trading.
  • Knowledge of DEXs, protocol mechanics, blockchain fundamentals, and smart contract security.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • ~2+ years of experience with production-quality code in a compiled language.
  • ~ Proficiency in Rust, Python, or TypeScript.

Requirements:
