At Blockchain Ventures, we are building the forefront of innovative crypto ecosystems for institutional clients across trading, lending, custody, staking, and DeFi services. We are seeking experienced Back-End Engineers to join our growing Development Community in London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and own high-performance solution stacks for our backend
  • Maintain and optimize existing systems for scalability, extensibility, and performance
  • Contribute to inter-team and cross-team efforts to enforce technology and coding standards and ensure adherence to optimum software design patterns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest and emerging technologies in the blockchain and technology space
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar disciplines
  • Familiarity with Unix-like operating systems
  • An innate curiosity and a strong grasp of software engineering principles
  • Proficiency in modern backend technologies such as Python-Flask/FastAPI, JS or TS, SQL, Redis
  • Knowledge of other technologies such as CI/CD, C/C++, Solidity is a plus
