Regional Sales Manager

Our client, a leading global manufacturer of Powered Access Equipment, is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing assigned accounts within a defined territory, maximizing sales opportunities, and delivering new business sales from competitor accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and General Manager to formulate the Sales and Marketing strategy for the business
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Strong commercial background in MEWPS or related Rental sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of relevant CRM processes
