Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Service Manager to lead our residential care service in Bolton, Lancashire. As a Registered Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of support and care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and associated complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of service users
- Manage and lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with commissioning teams and other stakeholders
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Requirements:
- Hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Proven experience in managing a team in a challenging learning disability service
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with service users, staff, and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
