As a Customer Care Specialist within the automotive sector, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service by effectively managing vehicle appointments, repairs, and maintaining customer communication from the first interaction to the final vehicle handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize vehicle service appointments and repairs efficiently.
- Provide transparent and precise cost estimates for vehicle repairs.
- Maintain continuous and effective communication with clients throughout the repair journey.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Create and manage service documentation, job records, and follow-up processes.
- Accurately update customer and vehicle service history.
- Document warranty services in accordance with company protocols.
- Ensure all tasks are completed as per specifications and billed accurately.
- Collaborate with technicians to facilitate smooth workflow and timely service.
- Coordinate the procurement of parts and necessary equipment.
Candidate Profile:
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective organizational and time management capabilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Familiarity with relevant software systems
- Experience with Kerridge, 1Link, or similar DMS platforms is advantageous
- Prior experience in the automotive field is preferred
- A valid Full UK Driving Licence is required
