Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality patient care through comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of minor illnesses.
  • Managing patient consultations, ensuring effective triage and prioritization of care needs.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to deliver integrated healthcare services.
  • Conducting follow-up evaluations and making necessary referrals for further investigations.
  • Demonstrating clinical expertise and sound decision-making in all patient interactions.

Essential Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Professional registration with the relevant healthcare authority.
  • A Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or an equivalent qualification.

Desirable Qualifications

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:

  • Experience in teaching or mentoring healthcare professionals.
  • Independent prescribing qualifications or advanced studies in pharmacology.

Experience Requirements

Applicants should have:

  • Prior experience in primary care settings.
  • Proficiency in managing minor ailments and injuries.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development in autonomous practice.
  • Experience in chronic disease management and patient home visits.
