Systems DBA

We are seeking a skilled Systems DBA to join our team at Acis Group. As a Systems DBA, you will be responsible for supporting and administering our core business systems, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Support and administer Acis Group's core business systems, including housing management, asset management, and repairs management systems.
- Design and deliver relevant learning to our diverse workforce on core business systems, with a focus on our Housing Management system and associated modules.
- Develop and deliver a range of learning materials and training sessions, both formal and informal.
- Work closely with the IT systems team and business subject matter experts to ensure all employees are suitably trained on system use and processes.
- Improve processes and systems, enhancing quality, and developing systems and support improvement projects.
- Ensure all system users are kept up-to-date with relevant information and are aware of any changes.
- Assist with the management of regular interfacing and exchange of data between core systems and modules.
- Monitor systems integration and perform testing of business/web systems/applications.
- Educated to degree level or have equivalent relevant work experience, including training experience with a suitable qualification in an IT-related field.
- Substantial knowledge and experience of business systems/database and web technologies.
- Experience of delivering systems training in either a formal or informal way.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident user of IT systems with the ability to share this confidence and knowledge with others.
- Strong and confident presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
