As a Systems Administrator / Trainer, a typical day might include:
* Supporting, administrating and developing Acis Group's core business systems and their operating platforms, primarily but not exclusively housing management (people and property), asset management and repairs management systems, ensuring that all are accurate, version update patched and hold all relevant and accurate information.
* To lead on the design and delivery of relevant learning to our diverse workforce on core business systems with particular focus on our Housing Management system and associated modules.
* To design and deliver a range of learning materials and training sessions, both formal and informal.
* Working closely with the IT systems team and business subject matter experts to ensure that all of our people are suitably trained on system use and processes, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge that they need to undertake their roles professionally and deliver the highest possible standards of service.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the user experience. You will also be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to ensure that our staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to use our systems effectively.
