We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide exceptional support to our bank team at Practice Plus Group. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our diagnostic imaging procedures.

Main Responsibilities

As our Administrator, you will be responsible for processing completed examination reports for referring clinicians, covering the reception desk, scheduling appointments, and data entry. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through training and support from our Administration Lead.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have previous administration experience in a similar setting, as well as experience working in a customer care environment. Proficiency in IT and software packages, including Word and Excel, is essential.
