As a Restaurant Shift Leader at Haven, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage team. Your responsibilities will include deputizing in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, providing a safe and secure environment for our team and guests, and leading and coaching the team on shift to ensure all areas of responsibility are met.

Pay Rates: 16 to 17 from £, 18 to 20 from £, 21+ from£ per hour, with an additional £1 per hour when leading a shift

Experience and Qualifications
You may already be a supervisor, deputy manager, or team leader in a restaurant, local pub/bar, or within a customer service/retail environment. Or perhaps you're already an F&B superstar and you're ready for that next step in your career. We're looking for a 'team player' who is eager and willing to learn, with a huge portion of passion on the side.
