Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Psychiatrist to join our team at PSR Solutions. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric care to patients in our specialist acute PICU inpatient service.
About the Role:
- Take clinical responsibility for patients, participating in multidisciplinary ward rounds, risk reviews, and strategic reviews.
- Act as the Responsible Clinician for patients detained under the Mental Health Act (1983).
- Supervise referral and admission processes, and offer psychiatric expertise to the team.
- Contribute to management and clinical governance meetings, help develop service strategies, and provide in-house training and supervision.
Requirements:
- Hold a CCST/CCT or equivalent in the relevant areas of psychiatry.
- Have a strong commitment to professional development and ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
