About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a supportive school environment and a dedicated consultant. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting students across Primary and Secondary ages with a range of individual needs, including PMLD, mental health, ASD, and challenging behaviour.
  • Providing support on either a 1 to 1 or small-group basis.
  • Using excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students and staff.
  • Being flexible and able to provide personal care on occasion.
