As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to developing and maintaining relationships with schools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, understanding their staffing needs and providing expert advice.
  • Source and attract talented candidates, including teachers, TAs, and support staff, through effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including interviewing, placement, and follow-up, to ensure seamless candidate experience.
  • Work to achieve targets and drive revenue growth through uncapped commission structure.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both schools and candidates, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven individual with excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Experience in sales or recruitment is preferred, but not required. If you are passionate about education and making a difference in schools, we want to hear from you.
