Job Overview:
In the role of Customer Account Manager/CRM, you will be instrumental in fostering and managing customer relationships.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Inbound Sales Management: Skillfully manage incoming sales inquiries, delivering outstanding customer service while processing orders efficiently.
  • Upselling Initiatives: Recognize and seize opportunities to upsell products and services to current clients, enhancing their overall experience and driving revenue growth.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and care, ensuring prompt and satisfactory outcomes.
  • Product Guidance: Offer knowledgeable advice on our range of products and services (comprehensive training will be provided), assisting customers in making informed choices.
  • Customer Loyalty: Create and execute strategies aimed at retaining customers and minimizing turnover.
  • Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform improvements in our products, services, and overall customer experience.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Partner closely with teams across sales, marketing, and logistics to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
