About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing to join our team at Cove UK. As a key member of our UK Leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance our brand awareness.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, with a strong understanding of digital marketing, brand development, and team management. You will be responsible for leading our internal marketing team, working closely with external agencies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Brand Marketing
  • Define and communicate marketing strategy
  • Develop and implement brand standards across all communications
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies
Website & Digital Strategy
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and website optimization
  • Redesign the website to enhance user experience and align with business goals
  • Lead SEO, SEM, and content marketing efforts to drive traffic and conversions
Owner Engagement
  • Design and manage marketing initiatives to engage current owners
  • Develop strategies to increase referral and repeat business from existing owners
Retail Marketing
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and sales in retail locations
  • Support menu development and digital F&B proposition
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in multi-channel marketing, including retail, digital, and direct-to-consumer
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
